As a part of our team, we are looking for a _dynamic, well spoken, motivated individual, with _**excellent**_communication and time management skills_.

We are looking for an individual to fully cover **Monday to** **Fridays (1pm-7pm)** and **ALTERNATING** _**Saturdays**_ **(9am-3pm).**

This is a full-time, permanent role, with hourly pay.

**Summary**

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be essential in managing the front desk operations and providing excellent administrative support within a medical office. Duties include (but not limited to): Answering calls, greeting clients, booking appointments, collecting payments/submitting to insurance, washing and folding linen, stock taking, daily light cleaning and twice monthly deep-clean.

Strong communication skills, an excellent command of the English language and time management will be vital as you handle phone systems and assist patients with inquiries.

Training on our medical software (JANE) will be provided, and additional knowledge in medical terminology and experience with insurance claims submissions will contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of our healthcare team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
