About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Business and Financial Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, finance, and systems development. This hybrid role combines deep analytical expertise with cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both crunching numbers and shaping digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Financial Analysis
- Analyze financial and operational data using Power BI and other reporting tools
- Build dashboards, models, and reports to support strategic decision-making
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to support budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure data integrity across systems and recommend enhancements to reporting processes
Systems Liaison & Development
- Act as a bridge between business users and IT to gather requirements and define system needs
- Translate business objectives into technical specifications for new tools and platforms
- Participate in system design, testing, and implementation phases
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and features
- Continuously refine and optimize systems based on user feedback and evolving business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or systems implementation
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; familiarity with SQL or other data tools is a plus
- Experience working with ERP systems and data warehouses
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments
- Knowledge of business process mapping and workflow automation
- Exposure to tools like Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Certification in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMP)
