What You'll Do
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing Toronto team. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-oriented individual who thrives on developing business, building trust with clients, and representing an industry leader in the marketplace.
You'll act as the key link between Olympia Tile and our professional contractor clients. You'll manage existing accounts, prospect for new business, and promote our extensive range of tile and stone products through presentations, showroom visits, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors.
- Conduct client visits and product presentations to promote our offerings.
- Develop new business opportunities and prospect within assigned territories.
- Manage existing customer accounts through regular contact, support, and follow-up.
- Prepare quotations, resolve product or order issues, and coordinate with internal departments.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, design trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent Olympia Tile at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of outside sales or account management experience, ideally in construction, design, or building materials.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or Design is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory (70-80% of the time).
