As an In-House Sales Representative, you will be the key point of contact for potential buyers, guiding them through every step of the sales process. From initial inquiries to property tours and contract negotiations, you'll play an integral role in securing deals and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide detailed information to prospective buyers about the company's high rise residential condos.
  • Conduct property tours and showcase developments, emphasizing key selling points.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to match their needs.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline to convert prospects into buyers.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare sales contracts, and finalize deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to drive successful promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed on real estate market trends and competitive developments to better serve clients.
  • Deliver top-tier after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven sales experience in real estate or brokerage
  • Must be a licensed broker
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for relationship building.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
