**What You’ll Do**

As a real estate agent at Good Manors, you’ll get more than just a desk and a login — you’ll gain a framework for long-term success. Your day-to-day will include:

- Working with buyers and sellers to navigate home sales from start to finish
- Attending team training, masterminds, and regular check-ins
- Managing leads using our proven CRM systems and automation tools
- Hosting open houses, showing homes, and client consultations
- Collaborating with our creative team to make your listings shine
- Leaning on our in-house support team for admin, media, and tech help
