Job Summary

I'm looking for a part-time assistant to support me with marketing, presentations, and light admin. This role is ideal for someone who's creative, reliable, and comfortable with technology and modern business practices.

I'm a certified Image & Etiquette Consultant working in both Toronto and Las Vegas. My work focuses on helping individuals and businesses with appearance, behaviour, and communication (personal branding). You can see more at and .

What I'm looking for:

  • Strong writing and creative skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with current tools (Zoom, AI, social media best practices)
  • Patience (Technology isn't my forte)
  • Awareness of modern business and marketing trends

Responsibilities:

  • Update and polish professional/image presentations (Keynote/Pages)
  • Refresh a dated Body/Style guidebook with better images & layout
  • Assist with Mailchimp newsletters (3 lists: Canada, US, Global)
  • Help boost social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Support occasional Zoom webinars
  • Light Mac troubleshooting as needed
  • Occasional creative writing for content

Qualifications:

  • Marketing/social media experience an asset
  • Proficient in Mac OS X, Pages, Keynote
  • Organized and tech-comfortable

Compensation Details:

  • Pay: $25/hour
  • Pay Guarantee: Minimum 10 hours/month always paid, even if you work fewer hours
  • Hybrid: Must be Toronto-based and willing to meet at my condo (Bloor subway line) occasionally

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2.5 per week
