What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle for contractors delivering high-value, complex services for turnaround events.
  • Support Turnaround Event Managers and the broader execution team in contract execution from award to close-out.
  • Ensure compliance with Supply Chain Management policies throughout contract creation, negotiation, administration, and change management.
  • Oversee contract management for additional contractors performing medium-to-low value work as required.

What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
  • 10+ years' experience in contract management and/or supply chain roles, especially in turnarounds, major construction, or brownfield projects.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ariba, SAP, SLM Toolkit, NaviTrack, TRACK, and related systems.
  • Strong contract governance knowledge, relationship-building, and contractor management experience.
  • High commercial acumen with experience in claims management and a broad understanding of strategic, technical, legal, finance, taxation, and commercial issues.
  • Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills; able to meet deadlines and manage senior stakeholder expectations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel infrequently within the US (approximately 3 visits per year).
