Job Overview

As a Sales Representative at Wizeprep, you'll work with warm, high-intent leads—students who have attended our events, requested information, or booked consultations. Your role is to connect with these students, understand their goals, and enroll them in the program that best supports their academic future.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is performance-driven, confident in leading sales calls, and passionate about helping students get to medical or law school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run consultations with prospective students to identify needs and match them with the right Wizeprep program
  • Follow up with warm leads via phone, email, and text
  • Manage your personal pipeline using our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Communicate the value of our MCAT/LSAT offerings clearly and authentically
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and consultative sales ability
  • Prior experience in sales, admissions, or education is preferred
  • Confidence in leading calls and closing deals in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Organized and self-motivated with strong follow-up habits
  • Passion for education and helping students reach their long-term goals

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000 CAD base salary
  • Uncapped variable commission based on monthly collected revenue
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000–$150,000 CAD/year
