As the exclusive Jacuzzi dealer in Southern Ontario, we deliver one-day bath-to-shower conversions using premium products and a world-class customer experience. We're seeking driven, coachable, and confident designers.

What We Offer: Pre-qualified appointments. Uncapped commission structure. Two-week onboarding phase. Marketing support, branded presentation materials. Opportunities to grow into management or training roles based on performance.

Compensation:

  • Top performers can exceed CAD$150k+/year*
  • 100% commission-based role
  • Commission-only T4 employee role with no base salary

Overview: Meet with homeowners in their homes (appointments are pre-set by our internal team). Conduct needs assessments and present customized Jacuzzi Bath Remodel designs. Attend team meetings, sales trainings, and performance reviews.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday availability required. Up to 3 appointments/day weekdays, 2 on Saturdays. Appointments are primarily evening and weekend-focused, when homeowners are available. Must be available to run all appointment slots with short notice. Vacation as needed with notice.

Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Comfortable traveling locally to homes within assigned territory. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Coachable, organized, and results oriented. 3–5 years of commission-based sales experience preferred (but not required). Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital literacy (iPad-based).
