**What You’ll Do**

As a **Renovation Sales Advisor**, you will:

- **Conduct in-home consultations** with potential clients to assess their renovation needs.
- Provide detailed, accurate estimates for renovation projects, including kitchens, washrooms, basements, and more.
- Educate clients on the scope of the renovation process, offering design and material recommendations to meet their needs and budget.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their vision and guiding them through the decision-making process.
- **Close sales deals** and manage follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction throughout the renovation.
- Collaborate with our in-house design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Leverage provided leads**—no cold-calling or prospecting required; appointments will be scheduled for you.

**Requirements for Success**

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

- **Sales experience** in the home renovation, construction, or related industries. Experience estimating kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovation projects is a huge asset.
- **Knowledge of renovation processes**: You’ll need to understand the intricacies of home renovation to provide accurate estimates and guide clients through their renovation journey.
- **Strong communication skills**: This is a client-facing role that requires clear communication, active listening, and an ability to explain complex processes in a simple, friendly way.
- **Self-motivation and drive**: You’ll need to be ambitious, goal-oriented, and driven to close deals and maximize commissions.
- **A personal vehicle**: You must have a reliable vehicle to attend client appointments across the GTA.
- **Ability to manage your own schedule**: While leads are provided, you must be comfortable managing your time efficiently and ensuring prompt follow-up with potential clients.

**Compensation**

This is a **commission-based role** with uncapped earnings potential. Your compensation is directly tied to your performance, meaning the more sales you close, the higher your earnings.

Pay: $70,000.00-$183,000.00 per year
