**MD Kitchen & Bath** is searching for a passionate and driven Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant (Sales) to join our team In this role, you'll be the face of our company, transforming client visions into dream kitchens and bathrooms. You'll leverage your design knowledge, product expertise, and exceptional communication skills to guide customers through the entire selection and design process, ultimately driving sales and fostering long-term client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet showroom visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, actively listening to their needs and budget
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client preferences, including style, functionality, and desired features
- Present a comprehensive selection of high-quality cabinets, countertops, appliances, fixtures, and finishes, expertly explaining product features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and create detailed proposals that align with client expectations
- Manage the sales process from initial lead generation to final contract signing
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring smooth communication with designers, installers, and other internal teams
- Maintain a deep understanding of current kitchen and bath trends, materials, and technologies to provide informed recommendations
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, fostering trust and exceeding client expectations

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen and bath sales or a related field (interior design, home improvement)
- Strong design sense and a keen eye for detail with a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen and bath products, materials, and trends
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
