Role Overview

The Data, Audit, Analytics & Patient Care Coordinator plays a critical quality-control role within our practice. This position ensures that clinical documentation, billing records, referrals, and administrative data are accurate, complete, compliant, and aligned across all departments.

Working as a support role to the Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator, this position helps maintain accuracy, organization, and communication across the practice.

This role is ideal for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and confident reviewing information for accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilites

  • Support the Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator with administrative, clinical, and operational oversight
  • Audit patient charts for accuracy, completeness, and billing alignment
  • Ensure consent forms, medical histories, imaging, and treatment documentation are complete and correct
  • Track and follow up on outstanding accounts and support accounts receivable reporting
  • Maintain supplier and lab orders, invoices, and expense documentation
  • Maintain organized financial, audit, and compliance records
  • Track IPAC certifications, training records, and renewal dates for all staff
  • Organize & Maintain regulatory, licensure, and inspection documentation
  • Intake, organize, and track all new patient referrals from receipt through completion
  • Prepare, review, and send professional doctor-to-doctor communications
  • Ensure hygiene and maintenance updates align with doctor recommendations and scheduling
  • Generate reports
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and positive communication with patients, referring offices, and team members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
