We are looking for a Data Management Coordinator to support the needs of Commercial Data Operations focused on managing and updating various data systems and processes. This role will work closely with US and Canada teams to provide data administration and program support to enhance customer relationship management and program execution.

What You'll Do:

Provide Commercial Data Operations support in US and Canada on tasks such as:

  • Monitor for and manage the receipt and creation of Range & Pasture Stewardship forms in Salesforce (CA).
  • Manage Stewardship data processes in Salesforce (CA).
  • Primary focal point for Distributor Crop Protection inventory reconciliation and reporting (CA).
  • Upload products into the AGIIS database (US).
  • Assist with transactional data quality processes (US/CA).
  • Provide back-up support to other team members for customer and product management issues and requests (US/CA).
  • Enable commercial data processes as required (US/CA).

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Agriculture, or related field.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and data collection tools.
  • Knowledge of and experience working with Grower Point of Sale retail data preferred.
  • Experience with Indirect Sales data management is an asset.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools, including strong Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI.
