Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
  • Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Ensure guest needs are met throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks and addressing special requests.
  • Handle payments accurately and provide correct change or process card transactions.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
  • Follow food safety standards and hygiene regulations diligently.

Requirements
