Our Restaurant is a cozy, high-quality Italian comfort-food restaurant located in Woodbridge. We are a small but fast-growing team, committed to delivering warm hospitality, consistently great food, and an elevated dining experience. We are now looking for a dedicated Front of House Lead who can represent the restaurant with professionalism and genuine care.

Position: Senior Server / FOH Lead (Full-Time / Part-Time)What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can truly "run the front" in a small restaurant environment — confident, organized, and able to manage service independently during busy periods.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Smart Serve certificate (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and bartending
  • Able to handle opening, service, closing duties independently
  • Excellent communication skills and guest-service mindset
  • Comfortable working in a small team where everyone supports each other
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to take ownership of the dining room

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and seating guests; managing reservations and walk-ins
  • Professional table service with attention to detail
  • Preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
  • Coordinating with the kitchen for smooth service
  • Handling payments, phone calls, and takeout orders
  • Maintaining cleanliness and FOH organization
  • Ensuring guests feel welcomed, cared for, and appreciated

Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour
