**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain high standards of hygiene at all times.
- Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding to requests efficiently.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong skills in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- A solid understanding of hospitality principles and commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.
