Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and creative Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help expand Labotine's market presence across Canada, manage B2B relationships, and develop innovative marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to grow Labotine's product distribution network in Canada.
  • Identify and establish relationships with retail, wholesale, and distribution partners.
  • Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across digital and physical channels.
  • Collaborate on content creation, brand campaigns, and product launches across social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with design and logistics teams to ensure smooth promotional and sales operations.
  • Track key sales metrics, prepare reports, and propose data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or distribution (FMCG, vape, or beverage sector preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and market positioning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media advertising tools.
