Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Specialist located in Mississauga, ON. The Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth by managing the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting client training sessions on product use, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales management team to develop strategies for expansion. The individual will act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving sales goals and implementing effective strategies.
- Ability to deliver Training on product knowledge to clients and team members.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to work.
- Prior experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
