Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly valued to better serve our diverse guest base. Previous hotel or front desk experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security for guests and staff
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Prior hotel or guest services experience is a plus but training will be provided
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
