About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team (Master Mechanic). As the primary point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience by ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Consult with mechanics regarding required repairs and available alternatives
  • Clearly explain service recommendations, repair outcomes, and costs
  • Write repair orders and prepare accurate estimates for customer approval
  • Schedule and manage appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups
  • Oversee service workflow and ensure timely completion of work
  • Communicate repair status updates and service changes to customers
  • Coordinate parts ordering and ensure parts availability when needed
  • Process customer payments and explain invoices in detail
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to address any concerns
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an automotive service department or dealership
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or automotive customer service role preferred
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
