TorontoWhat you will do:
Cineplex is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Product Management to help shape the future of entertainment across our growing portfolio — including Cineplex Theatres, The Rec Room, Playdium, and more.
In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. You'll partner across the organization to design and deliver seamless, engaging digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. This position is as much about people leadership as it is about product strategy — guiding your team, developing talent, and ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
You will report to the Executive Director of Product Management and work cross-functionally with stakeholders from Marketing, Amusement, Exhibition, Media, and Technology. In this role, you will:
Lead Digital Strategy: Drive a guest-first, data-informed product strategy that supports Cineplex's evolving digital vision.
Own the Roadmap: Oversee integrated product roadmaps across web and mobile platforms, prioritizing features and enhancements that deliver measurable value.
Inspire & Develop Teams: Coach and empower Product Managers to grow their skills, think strategically, and deliver great work aligned to business goals.
Elevate Guest Experiences: Use research, analytics, and feedback to understand guest needs and turn insights into delightful product features.
Champion Agile Delivery: Guide your teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, prioritization, and iterative delivery.
Collaborate Across Cineplex: Partner with leaders from various business lines to align product goals and drive results across the organization.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with digital trends and competitor activity to drive innovation and future-ready solutions.
What You Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (required)
7+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in eCommerce and multi-platform (web and mobile) applications
2+ years of people management experience, leading Product Managers, Product Owners, or Business Analysts
Experience collaborating with UX and development teams to drive product roadmaps and deliver measurable results
3+ years working with analytics, business insights, and conversion funnels to drive web and mobile performance (preferred)
Proven ability to define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps across multiple digital experiences aligned with both customer needs and business goals
Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring a high-performing product team, supporting career growth through structured feedback and coaching
Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, operations, finance, and executive leadership
Deep understanding of analytics, experimentation, and user research to inform priorities, validate hypotheses, and measure impact
Expertise in scaling product delivery processes and frameworks (Agile, OKRs, SAFe), with experience managing multiple initiatives within a complex digital ecosystem
