Your expertise will contribute to providing exceptional service to our customers and maintaining the high standards of our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues.
- Utilize power tools and equipment to conduct repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed on each vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and repair needs, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
- Handle heavy lifting and maneuvering of automotive parts as required.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
- Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to assemble, and perform heavy lifting tasks safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications are a plus.
