ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Enablement Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting and advancing the success of corporate sales enablement initiatives across both Canada and the United States. Reporting to the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, this position collaborates closely with our Sales Team and other Commercial Departments to strengthen alignment, enhance training effectiveness, and drive overall sales productivity.
You'll assist in managing key sales tools, executing training programs, and creating engaging - brand-aligned content - that supports our sales teams in the field. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all facets of the sales enablement function—including content development, campaign coordination, program management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
The Sales Enablement Coordinator supports the sales organization by coordinating and implementing strategies, resources, and training programs designed to increase productivity, performance, and engagement. This role works collaboratively with sales leadership, marketing, merchandising, and other internal partners to ensure the seamless execution of enablement initiatives across both countries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Tools & Resources
- Manage and update sales enablement tools, including CRM systems, content libraries, and communication platforms.
- Ensure the sales teams have timely access to current product information, sales collateral, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve tool utilization and efficiency.
2. Sampling Program Coordination
- Support all aspects of the sample production process, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Vendors, Fulfillment, and Creative Teams.
- Maintain the master database of Canada Sales Team contact information and sizing details (via Microsoft Loop).
- Coordinate a variety of sample initiatives, including:
- Salesman Sample Kits
- Vendor Personal Samples
- Customer Sample Kits
3. Content Management (High spot Platform Governance)
- Manage and organize sales content such as presentations, case studies, product flyers, brand decks, catalogs, videos, infographics, podcasts, and imagery.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create and update sales materials that reflect market trends and company objectives.
- Ensure all content is organized, searchable, and effectively leveraged by the sales organization.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with sales leadership for continuous improvement.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for sales meetings, trainings, and leadership reviews.
5. Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a liaison across Commercial Teams to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and webinars (via Gold cast for MSH calls and other enablement events).
- Gather feedback from sales teams to identify challenges, opportunities, and areas for program enhancement.
6. Sales Training & Development
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for sales representatives.
- Assist with developing and maintaining training materials, presentations, manuals, and online learning resources.
- Assess training needs and provide recommendations to strengthen program content and delivery.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, ora related field.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in content creation, sales operations, or training development's an asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred but not required.
