Position: House Manager / Family Assistant

Location: Lindenwoods

Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m., approximately 4–6 hours per day

Compensation: $24–$27 per hour, based on experience

We are a busy family with three children (ages 3, 6, and 8) seeking a dependable, organized, and caring House Manager to help manage our home and support our family's daily routine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve breakfast and assist with school morning routines
  • Manage day-to-day household organization and tidying
  • Cook healthy family meals 2–3 times per week
  • Provide light housekeeping daily and deep cleaning once a week
  • Handle school drop-offs/pick-ups and run errands as needed (vehicle provided or mileage reimbursed)
  • Provide childcare, including on school days off and during occasional evenings
  • Coordinate household needs, appointments, and activities
  • Communicate effectively with parents to ensure smooth household operations

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license in good standing (required)
  • Clear and current police background check (required)
  • Previous experience with childcare or household management preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and trustworthy
  • CPR/First Aid certification an asset
