Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional food service experiences to our guests, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
  • Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to enhance their dining experience
  • Manage cashier duties with accuracy, including processing payments and upselling menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers both in-house and for takeout/delivery services
  • Uphold high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times
  • Assist team members during busy periods to ensure efficient restaurant operations

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus
  • Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology is preferred
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and upselling menu items effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Knowledge of the food industry, including sanitation practices and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude toward serving guests

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.80-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
