About Us:

We're a young and fast-growing automotive parts retailer (aftermarket rims, tires, suspension, accessories) serving customers across Manitoba and Canada. Our workshop and warehouse team handles both warehousing, order fulfilment, and wheel/tire installations. You'll join a small but tight-knit crew that values hard work, reliability, and flexibility — and offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in automotive service and order fulfilment.

What You'll Do (Hybrid Warehouse + Tire-Tech Role):

  • Receive shipments, unload trucks, inspect and sort inventory (rims, tires, accessories)
  • Store stock properly and maintain warehouse organization & cleanliness
  • Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup (attention to detail is a must)
  • Assist with mounting, balancing, and installing tires/rims — learning under experienced techs (training provided)
  • Help with basic shop maintenance and cleanup as needed
  • Report inventory discrepancies, note damaged goods, and maintain order records

What You Need:

  • Physically fit and able to lift/handle heavy items (tires, rims, boxes)
  • Basic mechanical interest / willingness to learn — no prior tire-tech experience required. Experience an asset.
  • Good attention to detail and reliability: orders must be filled correctly and safely.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Comfortable working in a shop/warehouse environment — may get dirty, can be noisy.
  • Valid driver's license considered an asset (for potential shop errands), but not required.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Part-time position (hours variable based on orders and shop demand)
  • Some weekday shifts, occasional weekends — flexibility a must
  • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience & performance) + possible growth into tire-tech pay if you learn quickly
