Material Handler

**Material Handler - Evening Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)**
**Location**: Headingley, MB
**Wage**: $18.50/hour + $0.50/hour evening shift premium
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**

Are you someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? Do you take pride in keeping materials and workflow organized to support seamless production and shipping operations? If so, AMC Foam Technologies is looking for a dedicated **Material Handler** to join our Evening Shift team.

As a key part of our operations team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that raw materials are efficiently delivered to production stations, and that finished products are safely moved to storage or shipping areas. Your work will play a critical role in supporting the production line and shipping/receiving team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Transport raw materials to and from production stations safely and efficiently
- Move finished goods to the warehouse and manage inventory flow
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to support daily tasks
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including supply management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in warehouse and yard areas
- Perform snow removal, garbage disposal, and general sanitation duties
- Act as a backup delivery driver when required
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Follow safety standards and contribute to a culture of workplace safety

**What We’re Looking For**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift experience is an asset (certification preferred, but not required)
- Previous material handling or inventory experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physically active work
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Must have reliable transportation to Headingley, MB (No public transit available)
- Willingness to follow and enforce safety guidelines
