TrimLight Winnipeg, a division of **K&S Electronics & Security Inc.**, specializes in premium permanent outdoor lighting solutions for residential and commercial properties. We are growing quickly and are looking for reliable, safety-focused installers to join our team for full-time, seasonal, or part-time positions.

**Position: TrimLight Installer**

We are seeking skilled, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and take pride in delivering high-quality installations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent safety awareness, and comfort working at heights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install TrimLight permanent outdoor lighting systems on residential and commercial buildings
- Work safely on **ladders, extension ladders, and aerial lifts**:

- Follow all company and jobsite **safety protocols** at all times
- Complete required **training webinars, orientations, and product-specific training**:

- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Run and fish low-voltage wiring through building exteriors, fascia, soffits, and trim
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
- Work efficiently to meet daily installation goals

**Qualifications Required**
- Valid **Driver’s License**:

- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, roofs, etc.)
- Comfortable working **outdoors year-round**:

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to work **up to 6 days per week during peak season (October-December)**

**Assets (not required but highly preferred)**
- Experience working with **tin, fascia, soffit, or exterior finishing**:

- Experience with **low-voltage wiring**:

- Experience **fishing wires** in tight or tricky areas
- Previous installation, construction, roofing, or trades experience
- Experience operating man lifts or boom lifts
- Fall protection training (can be provided)

**Compensation**
- **$24-$32 per hour**, depending on experience
- **Piecework/contract rates available** (to be discussed)
- Seasonal installation positions available
- Part-time opportunities available
- Overtime during peak season may be required
