We are looking for a Sales Accounting Administrator to join the team on a Contract basis at our beautiful Corporate Head Office on Commercial Street in Middleton, NS This is a great opportunity to join a company who is dedicated to your growth and success, while enjoying plenty of perks and benefits, and working with a fun, innovative team

What You'll Do:

  • Stock incoming vehicles
  • Pay out liens and post bank funding
  • Accurately post deals and floorplans, ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Complete inventory and funding adjustments
  • Prepare and verify accounting entries for vehicle sales, trade-ins, and financing
  • Assist with general accounting duties as needed

What we're looking for:

You have a strong attention to detail and are able to maintain a high level of accuracy. You are proficient with accounting software and/or Dealer Management System(s). You have excellent interpersonal and team building skills. You are self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and can meet deadlines. Accounting experience is considered an asset
