Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to address questions and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction.
  • Adhere to UAH Safety Program.
  • Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence on-site.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within residential construction, with a focus on custom and production home management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency with construction management software is an asset.

Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
