We are a high-performing luxury real estate team based in Ancaster, Ontario, seeking a driven and professional Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a licensed Realtor who excels at lead follow-up, phone-based sales, and appointment setting while delivering an exceptional client experience.

As the first point of contact for many of our buyers and sellers, you will play a critical role in converting leads into qualified appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound buyer and seller leads (phone, text, email)
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to nurture long-term prospects
  • Qualify leads and schedule buyer and listing appointments
  • Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up plans in the CRM
  • Provide a luxury-level, professional client experience
  • Collaborate with agents and admin staff for seamless handoffs
  • Track activity, appointments set, and conversion metrics

Requirements

  • Active Ontario Real Estate License (required)
  • Previous real estate sales or inside sales experience preferred
  • Strong phone skills and confident communication style
  • Organized, consistent, and comfortable working with CRMs
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Professional demeanor suitable for luxury clientele
  • Flexible schedule
