Sign Distributor/Driver

Job Title: Sign Distributor/Driver, Contract Position

You must have a gas-efficient vehicle, a clean, current driver's license, and proof of insurance.

Job Overview: As a Sign Distributor, you will be responsible for strategically placing signs in assigned locations to help generate leads for our clients. Your success in the role will be measured by how effectively these placements drive potential client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sign Placement: Place signs at least 2 to 4 inches deep. You will need to pre-make holes using a spike and hammer.
• Distribute signs with care and strategic thinking, treating them as if they were your own. Place a maximum of two signs per intersection, spreading them out over various streets and finding high-traffic areas as well as locations where signs will last longer.
• Lead Generation Focus: Understand the client's business and identify locations that will maximize lead generation and sales.
• Job Commitment: Complete all assigned jobs as per the contract and within the specified deadlines. Consistency and reliability are crucial.
• Compliance: Adhere to guidelines regarding sign placement. Avoid placing signs on highways (with exceptions), parks, or near cemeteries.
• Documentation: Provide digital evidence of your work by emailing photos the morning after the job is completed for inspection purposes.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with the Production Manager. Address any concerns or questions promptly to ensure smooth job execution.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.
• Basic tools for sign placement (e.g., hammer, spike).
• A vehicle that is fuel-efficient for traveling to various locations.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with the Production Manager.

Time Frame:

• Placement of 10 signs per hour: approximately 10-12 hours for 100 signs, including sign assembly time.
