Overview
GAP Professional Products is seeking a Customer Service BDC to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in an automotive service BDC or dealership environment who enjoys customer communication, follow-up, and relationship building.
You'll work closely with automotive service professionals across Canada, supporting existing accounts, managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, and helping identify opportunities that support customer success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Follow up on leads, campaigns, and existing customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong, professional customer relationships
- Identify opportunities for products, programs, and added value
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Track customer activity and interactions in our CRM system
- Provide product information and basic technical support as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, and automotive service BDC
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with follow-up
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- CRM or order-entry experience is an asset
- Automotive industry experience is a strong plus

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
