Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instrumentation Specialist - Outside Sales, located in Ancaster, ON. The role involves promoting and selling instrumentation and automation solutions, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying customer needs to provide tailored solutions. You will also provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the internal & service team to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for helping with marketing, including creating content, boosting LinkedIn/social media presence, writing technical blogs, datasheets/manuals, etc.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience in Process Control and Instrumentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer engagement and sales
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently on-site with clients
• 2-5 years of previous experience in a sales role, particularly in industrial instrumentation, is a must
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Instrumentation, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
• Comfortable with lifting weights, working from heights and confined spaces
