Remote, Canada OxyGo HQ Florida LLC Full time

Job Title: Sales Manager, Industrial Products

Location: Ontario, Canada

Reports To: President

Employment Type: Salary, Full-Time

Company Overview:

For over 60 years, SuperFlash, together with our IBEDA brand, has been a trusted innovator and leader in the compressed gas industry. From flashback arrestors and quick connectors to advanced gas mixers, manifold systems, custom heating solutions, thermal spray equipment and filling systems, we deliver high-performance solutions that customers around the world rely on every day.

At SuperFlash, you'll be part of a mission-driven, builder culture. We value people who are proactive, roll up their sleeves and take ownership - people who don't wait for problems to be solved, but solve them. We invest with intention, then build around those investments, creating space for smart ideas, practical solutions and long-term growth.

Position Summary:

The Sales Manager is a high-impact, growth-focused role responsible for driving new business across the Canadian market. This is a newly created position, established as a result of company growth and increased investment. Reporting directly to the President, the successful candidate will have a high degree of visibility and autonomy.

More than a traditional sales role, this is an opportunity to grow a new and relatively unexplored territory. You'll help define SuperFlash's market approach in Canada through your customer engagement, commercial execution and on-the-ground insights. Your results will directly impact future investment - as the business grows, SuperFlash is committed to scaling its presence, tools and support in the Canadian market around proven demand.

For someone energized by ownership, momentum, and the chance to see their impact translate into real expansion, this role offers a rare opportunity to help shape Superflash growth - and to grow alongside it.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own, maintain and grow existing relationships with clients, including distributors, manufacturers, and service providers.

- Identify, develop and secure new sales opportunities across Canada. Promote and sell industrial product lines and services.

- Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotes and proposals to potential and existing clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, operations and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction.

- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to expanding business growth in Canada.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using CRM and ERP systems.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in industrial products, B2B distribution, manufacturing or a related field.

- Strong understanding of industrial product applications and customer needs.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, results-driven and capable of working independently.

- Valid driver's license is necessary for territory travel and client visits.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP software.

Work Environment:

This is a remote, field-based role. The successful candidate will work from a home office and spend regular time traveling within Canada, with occasional travel to the United States.

Compensation & Benefits:

- The expected base salary range for this role is $75,000–$105,000 CAD, with additional performance-based variable compensation tied directly to individual sales results. This role offers meaningful upside for strong performers as the Canadian market grows. Final compensation will be based on experience, skill set, and alignment with role expectations.

- Benefits package includes health, dental, life, long-term disability.

- Vehicle allowance program and reimbursable sales expenses.
