On the Bell Business Markets team, you'll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You'll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

The BBM Sales team is a rapidly evolving segment with innovative wireline products and Security services to make businesses across Canada more productive. We're looking for a Partner Sales Manager to join our team in order to develop and performance manage Bell external sales partners. The PSM is responsible for delivering on Wireline and Wireless sales targets, supporting partner sales efforts and recruiting new partners to drive channel success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage partner performance throughout sales cycle in order to meet sales objectives (channel funnel, forecast reporting and progress tracking)Engage with both partners and end-customers to support sales opportunitiesDrive wireline and Security sales activities while effectively managing partner funnels and sales forecastingProvide ongoing sales coaching and enablement activitiesMaintain high levels of knowledge and expertise regarding our targeted customer baseManage partner and customer expectations throughout the sales cycle, ensuring Bell's role as trusted advisorAssist in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, contracts and supporting documentation as requiredDrive regular partner alignment sessions to review sales funnels, conduct win/loss analysis and develop strategies to identify and build new sales opportunitiesSupport and enable partner sales staff to identify, prospect and scope sales opportunities in new and targeted customer accountsConduct regularly scheduled structured meetings with Partner Principals and Managers to review business plans, performance metrics and strategic opportunitiesEnsure Salesforce compliance and mandatory channel programs and policies are followedEngage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support both pre and post sales activitiesOngoing strategic partner recruitment to maximize sales and revenue growth opportunities Qualifications 3 to 5+ years of B2B sales / channel management experience in the Telecommunications industryPost-Secondary education with a major in Business is an assetAbility to coach, manage and influence external partners that are not direct employeesSuperior negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to excel in a cross-functional team environment and link internal objectives to external partners' business objectivesSolution-selling and ability to launch, lead and execute a sales pursuitKnowledge and awareness of competitive market offerings Ability to effectively communicate sales positioning and value propositions for Bell Wireless and Wireline portfoliosStrong written, verbal and presentation skillsProficient with Microsoft Office applications & Salesforce CRMValid driver license for regular travel to partner and client locations Additional RequirementsBilingualism required:
In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
