ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our growing team, covering the Saint John and Fredericton areas. This role offers the perfect blend of technical challenges, customer interaction, and professional growth within a company recognized for service excellence in the industry.

YOUR IMPACT

As our Service Technician, you will:

  • Deliver Excellence: Provide top-tier preventive maintenance and emergency services for commercial equipment
  • Technical Expertise: Install and maintain dilution systems and commercial dishwashers
  • Customer Success: Build strong relationships with clients and distributors while ensuring optimal equipment performance
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our established Moncton team to maintain service coverage
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose issues and implement solutions that maximize product efficiency for our customers
  • On-Call Support: Participate in a fair rotation schedule for weekend emergency calls (details discussed during interview)

WHAT YOU BRING

Essential Skills:

  • Strong english skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge in plumping and electricity
  • Excellent customer service orientation with professional communication skills
  • Self-directed work style with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Assets:

  • Basic French
  • Previous experience in equipment service or related field
  • Technical certification in relevant trades
