Job Description
The AI Solutions Specialist, HR Shared Services will play a critical role in advancing the enterprise's HR technology strategy by designing, building, and supporting AI infrastructure within HR. This position will focus on developing AI agents, collaborating with business units to identify and implement AI-driven use cases, and ensuring scalable, secure, and ethical AI solutions that enhance HR operations and employee experience. This position is based out of our head office in Saint John, NB.
Responsibilities
- AI Infrastructure Development: Design and maintain AI platforms and tools to support HR processes across the enterprise. Ensure integration with existing HR systems and compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- AI Agent Development: Build and deploy AI agents to automate HR workflows, improve employee self-service, and enhance decision-making. Monitor and optimize AI models for accuracy, fairness, and performance.
- Business Collaboration: Partner with HR leaders and business units to identify high-impact AI use cases. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage implementation.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices and organizational governance frameworks. Maintain documentation and provide training for HR teams on AI tools and processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends in HR. Recommend innovative solutions to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, HR Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years in AI/ML development or HR technology roles.
- Certifications in AI/ML or HR Technology preferred.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms and Microsoft Copilot.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and data structures.
- Strong continuous improvement and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements.
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
