Le poste
Nous cherchons à embaucher un(e) représentant(e) commercial(e) junior pour développer notre présence dans les Maritimes. Vous ferez de la prospection, engagerez des discussions et conclurez des ventes auprès de fabricants de petite et moyenne taille, soutenu(e) par des mentors expérimentés et des ressources marketing. Si vous êtes motivé(e), aimez rencontrer des gens sur la route et cherchez une occasion de développer vos compétences en vente, ce poste est pour vous.

Vos responsabilités

  • Prospecter et qualifier – Repérer de nouveaux clients potentiels, planifier des appels de découverte et des visites sur site dans les provinces de l'Atlantique.
  • Présenter la valeur – Apprendre notre offre logicielle et effectuer des démonstrations concises et axées sur les avantages (virtuellement ou en personne).
  • Gérer le pipeline – Suivre vos activités dans Salesforce, établir des prévisions précises et atteindre vos objectifs mensuels.
  • Entretenir les relations – Effectuer des suivis rigoureux, résoudre de vrais problèmes et obtenir des références.
  • Représenter Planit – Participer à des salons professionnels et événements régionaux en tant qu'ambassadeur(rice) de notre marque.
  • Collaborer – Travailler étroitement avec les représentants principaux, l'équipe marketing et les spécialistes techniques pour gagner et intégrer de nouveaux clients.

Ce que vous apportez

  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en ventes B2B sur le terrain, développement des affaires ou rôle en contact direct avec les clients OU être une personne sociable, coachable et à l'aise de faire des appels à froid.
  • Une curiosité authentique et l'assurance nécessaire pour initier des conversations avec des propriétaires et des responsables de production.
  • Un grand sens de l'organisation : vous gérez votre calendrier, vos déplacements et vos mises à jour dans le CRM.
  • Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour voyager au NB, en N.-É., à l'Î.-P.-É. et à T.-N.-L. (environ 30 % du temps).
  • Communication claire et professionnelle en anglais; le français est un atout.
  • Connaissance du secteur manufacturier ou des logiciels DAO/FAO est un plus, mais non obligatoire — nous formerons la bonne personne.
