Responsibilities

- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling logistics and managing customer follow-ups.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision
- Utilize Microsoft 365 applications to create documents as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and enhance customer service experiences.
Skills
- Proficiency in file management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with administrative tasks related to office operations.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Experience with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft 365 (Excel , Access, Word) is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
