About the Role

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer/Social Media Specialist to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will help us grow our online presence, manage social media platforms, run digital ad campaigns, and increase brand visibility in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Create engaging content (posts, videos, and stories) aligned with brand voice
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare weekly performance reports
  • Respond to online inquiries and community engagement messages
  • Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
  • Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Ads
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and generate new ideas
  • Bonus: SEO or email marketing experience

Performance Goals

  • Grow social media followers and engagement by 20–30% in the first 3 months
  • Improve ad ROI and reduce cost per click/conversion
  • Consistently produce high-quality, brand-aligned content

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
