About the Role
We're looking for a
Social Media Intern
who's eager to learn, create, and contribute to real client projects.
You'll work closely with our Social Media Manager to brainstorm content ideas, organize campaigns, and understand how brands build authority and emotion online.
This internship is ideal for someone who's passionate about social media, creative strategy, and storytelling and wants to gain hands-on experience in an agency setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support content creation
— assist in shaping ideas for reels, carousels, and campaigns that align with Pathseekers' luxury-editorial aesthetic. - Conduct trend, audience, and competitor research
to identify storytelling opportunities that feel current yet timeless. - Organize and maintain content calendars
, helping map out post sequences, campaign timelines, and creative themes. - Collaborate on visual moodboards
and creative direction for upcoming campaigns, product shoots, and social media visuals. - Brainstorm campaign concepts
that connect brand strategy with emotional storytelling. - Contribute to influencer or UGC research
, identifying creators that match brand tone and audience alignment. - Engage in community management
— responding, commenting, and building organic engagement under guidance. - Assist in basic video editing, Canva design, or content resizing
for reels, stories, and carousels. - Participate in brainstorming sessions
for client projects, internal campaigns, and creative experiments.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in
Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields. - Passionate about
branding, digital storytelling, and design. - Familiar with
Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok trends. - Basic knowledge of
Canva, Google Drive, or Coschedule
(training provided). - Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Bonus: Interest or basic skill in
video editing, copywriting, or analytics.
