About the Role

We're looking for a Warehouse Technician to join our team and help take Southland Trailers to the next level. In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team that works together to drive innovation, quality, and success. If you're a self-starter who loves challenges, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and deliver materials to production lines as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Replenish materials on time to prevent production delays.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and check for damage or discrepancies.
• Accurately document received goods and update inventory records.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate logistics and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse in compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or materials handling, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Journeyperson Parts Technician certification is an asset, along with experience in production materials planning.
• PFEP (Plan for Every Part) experience is an asset.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed to meet operational demands.
