**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Technician to enhance our warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick, pack, and distribute materials to production lines as needed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Ensure timely replenishment of materials to avoid production delays.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
- Properly document received goods and update inventory records.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and optimize supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in warehouse management or operations within a similar industry.
- Journeyperson Parts Technician would be considered an asset, materials handling and planning for production.
- PFEP - Plan for Every Part experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
