Academic Strategy & Program Operations Manager Role Overview This role combines academic and admissions strategy with hands-on project execution and overall program operations management. The position ensures high-quality delivery of student projects and internships while maintaining alignment across academic, operational, and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities 1. Academic & Admissions Strategy Design holistic academic and college preparation pathways for students in Grades 9–12 Evaluate students' profiles and recommend suitable academic, project-based, or experiential tracks Define the admissions value and application positioning of each project and internship Provide one-on-one academic and admissions strategy guidance for key students Translate student work and project outcomes into U.S. college-admissions-ready materials Support enrollment and consultation teams with academic and admissions expertise.
Project & Internship Execution (Corresponding to the "Phase 2: Applied Projects & Internships" of programs) Organize and manage the full lifecycle of student projects and internships Guide students in topic selection, content planning, and milestone-based deliverables Review and ensure quality and direction of student outputs throughout project execution Coordinate student collaboration, roles, and teamwork within projects Track timelines and ensure projects progress according to plan Summarize student performance and outcomes for use in admissions documentation.
Program & School Operations Management Oversee scheduling and coordination of courses, projects, and internship programs Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure information alignment across teams Monitor overall program execution and proactively resolve operational issues Ensure all programs progress according to defined goals and timelines Provide leadership with consolidated reports on program status and execution Support day-to-day academic and program operations at the school level Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a Top 20 U.S. university Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in academic programs, project management, or education operations Fluent in both Chinese and English Strong organizational, execution, and cross-team coordination capabilities.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
