Position Type: Part-Time (1 hour) can lead to Winter Break, March Break & Summer Camps all day

  • Camps are full weeks - salary
  • PA day camps are full day
  • $ years experience
  • $35 less then a year experience

Interview steps:

  • Virtual interview (Google Meets only)
  • In-person group interview session (Invite to Head Office location)
  • Afterschool, March Break, Winter Break camps and Summer camps coaching certification
  • Invite to First-Aid certification (if required)
About TAC Sports

TAC Sports is dedicated to developing confident, skilled, and passionate young athletes through fun, structured, and inclusive soccer programs. We focus on player development, teamwork, and a love for the game.

Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging multi sport training sessions for youth players
  • Teach fundamental sport skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship
  • Create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
  • Set up and organize drills, games, and equipment
Qualifications
  • Vulnerable sector check & First Aid CPR (get priority interviews)
  • Experience playing or coaching multiple sports (youth experience preferred)
  • Passion for working with children and youth
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Coaching certifications are an asset (not required)
