**Summer Break Camp Information**:
June 30th to August 15th

Daily Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

**Advanced Biking Instructors** will lead a group of campers aged 7 - 12 through navigating different terrains safely and effectively. Campers will have the chance to explore biking trails, maneuver obstacles and how to operate their bikes safely in new environments.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Lead students through activities that will promote the growth of their physical, mental, and social development
- Plan, develop, and implement all lesson plans.
- Teaching students using a variety of different techniques including discussions, visual demonstrations, guided discovery, and where possible physical manipulation.
- Nurture and develop all athlete's potential skills and abilities
- Evaluate student's progress and discuss results with students, parents, and the onsite coordinator
- Analyze athlete performance and modify existing plans for maximum development
- Participate in staff meetings and required training
- Monitor the program, sports facility, and materials to ensure safety and provide first aid assistance when required.
- Additional duties as prescribed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous coaching experience and/or childcare experience are preferred.
- Ability to lead the recreational rides and hold clinics for participants
- Assist with some event planning, course design, and trail & track building
- Background knowledge and experience in Biking or other sports
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check
- Standard First aid and CPR C
- Strong communication skills

**Compensation**:

- Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
