Your Role: As our Medical Office Assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of our clinic, ensuring our clients feel welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include:

Task Description:

  • First Point of Contact for New and Existing Patients
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for new and existing patients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Engage with patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
  • Receive training and education on available treatments and services to confidently answer simple inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Follow up with patients after their inquiries to ensure satisfaction and reinforce a positive relationship.
  • Daily Operations:
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering inquiries
  • Processing payments
  • Balance daily cash flow
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining an organized workspace

  • Experience with booking systems (like JaneApp) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Slack
