The Role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Construction Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our construction projects. Working closely with senior project managers and site teams, you will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the construction process.

This role offers an experienced construction professional the opportunity to lead large-scale, community-focused projects, manage teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day project activities, assisting in planning and scheduling.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, track project costs, and assist with financial reporting.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor procurement, material deliveries, and equipment requirements.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, permits, and records.
