Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Lead to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing management of Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation models, taxation, payment plans, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Oracle CX Incentive Compensation module implementations, enhancements, and support activities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation models, taxation, and payment plans
- Configure and customize Oracle Incentive Compensation components, including custom objects, rules, and pay groups
- Translate CAPEX/OPEX policies into accurate compensation configurations
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement or transition to Redwood UI
- Design and configure AI-assisted components to improve customer and sales insights
- Develop and manage custom roles ensuring secure access and compliance
- Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and HR teams to align compensation and commission workflows
- Create documentation, develop test cases, and conduct user training sessions
- Provide production support and resolve incentive/commission calculation issues promptly
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
